What was “Cascade School?”

Cascade School was a program and high school for “troubled” youth, classified as a “therapeutic boarding school.” Cascade School was owned by Michael Allgood, a former Cedu staff, and it was directly modeled after the Cedu Program, though not identical. It opened in 1984 and shut down in 2004.
